Television Broadcast Video/Audio Test Engineer - Hamlet Products

Your brief is to use your alignment skills, organizational ability and
client friendly attributes to run our pre-delivery / service department. You
will be happy to deal directly with clients and have strong computer
knowledge and be a team player.

STATUS: Full-time

LOCATION: Amersham, Bucks, UK

REPORTING TO: Head of Engineering

WORKS WITH: Directly Sales Administration, Indirectly with Head of
Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Principal mandates
Alignment, service, maintenance, liaising with clients, organisation and
updating of existing procedures

Specific responsibilities
Provide control and tracking of software and version revisions, control of
product stock and liaison between departments

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:
Good working knowledge of Windows environment and applications

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
Familiarity with Broadcast systems and requirements

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Ability to work unsupervised with good problem solving capabilities

DESIRED BEHAVIOURS OF ROLE:
Uses initiative effectively, good team player and flexibility
