The MicroFlex, MonitorScope, DigiScope and all FlexiScope modules are covered by AbsoluteCare. The remaining instruments in the Hamlet range benefit from a StandardCare back to base warranty as noted on the Support page.
AbsoluteCare
Four years of AbsoluteCare is available provided the purchase was made with an authorised Hamlet reseller and provided the registration for the instrument is completed and returned within one month of purchase directly to Hamlet via this web registration form below. Otherwise each product under AbsoluteCare is covered by a One Year return to base warranty.
At the end of that period the service can be extended for a modest fee. The new service was launched on 1 September 2007. All other products are covered by a one year return to base warranty. You may extend your Warranty from 1 year to 2 years free of charge providing the purchase is registered using the web registration form below within one month of purchase.

StandardCare
One year’s StandardCare return to base warranty is included with each purchase of any other instrument from the Hamlet range, provided the purchase was made from an authorised Hamlet reseller. If registration is completed and returned within one month of purchase the warrant may be extended to 2 years. At the end of that period the service can be extended further, please enquire for costs.
